Rules of competition
It's really simple. We are looking for the best photos taken during the Bollington Walking Festival 2021. Additionally, we are looking for fantastic photos to use next year in our promotional material, such as our website, social media and leaflets.
The competition is judged by the public through a 'like' system. The photo with the most 'likes' wins. In the case of a tie, the Walking Festival team will make the final decision.
The winner of the best photograph will win a fantastic box of 12 beers from Red Willow brewery (or alternative non-alcoholic prize if you would prefer). There will also be two runner-up awards.
The photos need to have been taken during the Bollington Walking Festival 2021. It would be great to have some with people in enjoying the joys of walking.
There are no age restrictions. Photos can be uploaded in a variety of formats and high resolution is a must. We plan to use many of the photos submitted in our publicity material and by submitting your photo you give the Bollington Walking Festival or the Bridgend Centre permission to use it for any publicity or other purposes. All photos reproduced will acknowledge the person who took it.
Closing date for photo submissions is 17th October 2021. Voting opens 18th October 2021 and will close on 31st October 2021.
The results will be published on our website and social media pages after the closing date.
