Rules of competition
It's really simple. We are looking for the best photos taken during the Bollington Walking Festival 2023. Additionally, we are looking for fantastic photos to use next year in our promotional material, such as our website, social media and leaflets.
The competition is judged by the public through a 'like' system. The photo with the most 'likes' wins. In the case of a tie, the Walking Festival team will make the final decision.
The 2023 competition is kindly supported by The Vale Inn, Bollington and the winner of the best photograph will win a brewery tour for 2, the runner-up wins a 4 pack selection of Bollington Brewery beers.
The photos need to have been taken during the Bollington Walking Festival 2023. It would be great to have some with people in enjoying the joys of walking.
There are no age restrictions. Photos can be uploaded in a variety of formats and high resolution is a must. We plan to use many of the photos submitted in our publicity material and by submitting your photo you give the Bollington Walking Festival or the Bridgend Centre permission to use it for any publicity or other purposes. All photos reproduced will acknowledge the person who took it.
Closing date for photo submissions is 1st October 2023. Voting opens 2nd October 2023 and will close on 16th October 2023.
The results will be published on our website and social media pages after the closing date.
